I was anxious to hear this CD in SACD since I have had the original RBCD for well over a decade, and it is probably my favourite jazz CD. As with all Chesky records, SACD or not, the sound is intimate and superb. This album features some great players, and if you can close your eyes and picture Roy Hargrove in the place of Miles Davis, you will love this CD.
